We do not issue refunds for change of mind, we do however offer credit notes if an item is returned within 7 days of purchase and only if the product is returned unworn and has original tags attached. This does not apply to any Special Customer Orders, Discount or Promotional Codes used at time of purchase.

Exchange of item - please post back to 54 Nish Street, Echuca 3564 with a paid returned post bag included to send back to you.
Once we have posted your purchase we will provide you with an Australia Post issued tracking number.
Any items that are received that are then deemed faulty will be replaced and if unable to be replaced a refund or credit note will be issued upon return of goods and assessment by manufacturer. Please contact us at fiona@honeyed.com.au if you have received a faulty item.
