Orders are non-refundable, however we will happily exchange or offer a Credit Note for the return of goods in new condition with original tags & packaging.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intention to exchange.

PLEASE NOTE - Goods are to be returned at your expense, but we will send you a replacement at no extra charge.
Faulty Items:
Items that are received that are then deemed faulty will be replaced and if unable to be replaced a refund or credit note will be issued upon return of goods. Please contact us at fiona@honeyed.com.au if you have received a faulty item.
