Honey Shop Country Road Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
This promotion is conducted by Honey Shop ("Promoter").

2. Promotional Period
The promotion commences upon publication of the giveaway post on Instagram and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Friday, 1 August 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

• Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

4. How to Enter
To receive one (1) entry, participants must, during the promotional period:

• Follow @honeyshop on Instagram.
  

• Tag three (3) different friends in the comments of the giveaway post.

Bonus Entry
Participants will receive one (1) additional entry by subscribing to the Honey Shop email newsletter via the link in the Instagram bio before the promotion closes.

Participants may enter multiple times provided:

• Each comment tags three (3) different individuals.

• Each comment is unique.

• Tagged accounts belong to genuine individuals and not fake, business or giveaway-only accounts.

• All entry requirements are met at the time the winner is drawn.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:

• Two (2) Country Road bags.

The total prize pool is approximately AUD $150.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by random electronic draw from all eligible entries within seven (7) days of the promotion closing.

The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message using the account from which the winning entry was submitted.

If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days, is found to be ineligible or does not satisfy these Terms & Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

The Promoter will not publicly publish the winner's identity.

7. Prize Delivery
The winner must provide an Australian postal address for delivery of the prize.

The Promoter will arrange postage of the prize within a reasonable timeframe after the winner has accepted the prize.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft or damage occurring after the prize has been dispatched.

8. Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used solely for administering the giveaway and, where applicable, for adding entrants to the Honey Shop email marketing database where they have voluntarily subscribed as part of the bonus entry.

Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

9. General Conditions

• Incomplete, fraudulent, automated or non-compliant entries may be deemed invalid.

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.

• The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• If the promotion cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, fraud or any other cause, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable laws.

• The Promoter is not responsible for technical interruptions, delayed entries, lost internet connections or any other issue that may prevent an entrant from successfully entering the promotion.

• Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any entrant arising from or in connection with the promotion or the prize.

• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights a consumer may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Instagram Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Country Road.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Honey Shop and not to Instagram or Country Road, and release Instagram and Country Road from any liability in relation to this promotion.
