Ordering and Payment
Our online store is open 24 hours, 7 days a week!
After you place your order, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you via your email address provided. Once payment has been approved, your item will be packed and dispatched.
Our online payments use PayPal as it is one of the most secure services available. We also offer AfterPay as an alternative.
$15 Regular Post Australia Wide (2-7 business days depending on your location) unless specified in which case you can call the store on 0354800661 between 10am-5pm Monday-Friday 10am-2pm Sat or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you asap,
Note: We don’t ship out on Public Holidays.
Air Mail (7-21 business days) A flat rate of $40.00 AUD per item
How long will it take me to receive my order?
If ordering within Australia, and order before 2:00pm (AEST), your purchase will be shipped out that day. Orders after this time will be sent the following day. You should receive your order within 2-4 business days, however it can take up to 7 days to arrive depending on your location, we have no control and take no responsibility for any delays that occur through Australia Post. We take no responsibility for items that are lost or stolen while in delivery transit.
If you live in Western Australia or Northern Queensland, please allow an extra day or two.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged in some form or another due to a manufacturers fault. You will not be eligible to return an item if the fault is caused by the customer.
At HONEY we endeavour to post pictures that are as close as possible to the actual garment, these photos are generally sourced from the manufacturer, we take no responsibility for slight discrepancies in colour or the like.
WE DO NOT PERMIT RETURNS DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND OR IF THE ITEM IS PURCHASED FOR A SALE PRICE .
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 54 Nish Street ECHUCA AU 3564.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss before sending back a product and we will issue you with a Returns Authorisation No. No items will be accepted in store without this number.
Goods are to be returned at your expense, but we will send you a replacement at no extra charge.
I'm after an item that is marked "SOLD OUT"?
If you are after an item marked ‘Sold Out’, its most likely not available to be purchased anymore.
However we can re-order some products, so please feel free to email us email@example.com and we will let you know if we can help you out and order in the product you’re after.
